Honoring their Sacrifice and Educating their Legacy…the thought behind “Folds of Honor”, a Scholarship program for Spouses & Children of Fallen and Wounded Veterans. I had the pleasure of hearing Major Ed Pulido, U.S. Army (Ret.) speak at a conference yesterday in Cameron Park. What an inspiration he is.

Major Ed Pulido is the Senior Vice President of the Folds of Honor Foundation, a Veteran’s charity which again, provides the spouses and children of the fallen and wounded, educational scholarships. Scholariships are awarded up to $5000.00, and is based on the unmet need. For more information and for a copy of the application, go to: foldofhonor.org and/or email them for info. at: contact@foldsofhonor.org. You may also wish to call 918-274-4700.

Should you wish to make a tax deductible donation to the foundation, their Tax ID # is 75-3240683.

Additionally, Major Ed is the founding member of Warriors for Freedom Foundation, a leadership institute focused on the mental, physical, and wellness support of our wounded Veterans and their families. He is also the Spokesperson for AROGA Health.

Finally, Major Ed is the Founder of Warrior Nation, a movement focused on the rights of liberty, freedom, and patriotism with an autobiography entitled Warrior for Freedom: Challenge, Triumph and Change, the Major Ed Pulido Story. I bought the book-and would be more than happy to buy and provide you a copy if you would like it too! Just say the word…Contact me here. Something he said that touched me immensely-“You can sit there and grieve, or you can get up and succeed!” Said by a man who lost his leg in the Iraqi War-“Mission First, Team Always” YES SIR! 🙂
