Are recycling Redemption Centers still around? Yes they are!
While some of us use these centers regularly-for those that haven’t ever used them, or haven’t in a long time- I thought you may like to know what types of items they will take off your hands…
In our Area-there are 3 Centers:
Placerville-580 Truck Street Open 830-4 Tues.-Sat.
Cameron Park-3510 Palmer Drive (behind CVS) 930-4 Tues.-Sat.
El Dorado Hills-4421 Latrobe Rd. Open 930-4 also Tues..-Sat.
All are closed for lunch, times vary, but usually is 1230-1PM
Materials Accepted: Buy-back for cans & bottles, Cardboard bin for all cardboard, newspaper & Magazines. E-Waste accepted for FREE, Drop-off for household batteries (No Car, Motorcycle or other large Batteries accepted), Fluorescent light bulbs & tubes (up to 4 feet long, 15 tube limit-accepted for free.
